Covid Protocols – 2022 January
As we all wait for the Omicron variant to run its course, Ros has shifted all sessions to online (Zoom Pro) bookings. She is using servers in Canada for Zoom and for Cliniko in keeping with BC privacy legislation.
Ros will return to offering both online and in-person sessions as soon as possible (February?). Clients attending in person must be fully vaccinated, and may need to wear masks.
When we resume in-person sessions, Ros will properly sanitize door handles, and we will use hand sanitizers at the start of the session.
When we return to in-person sessions, clients attending in person must attest the night before their session that they are not experiencing any cough, sniffles, fever, or are generally feeling unwell. Please email or text Ros with this affirmation. The counselling session can be switched to Zoom Pro at any time (same price).
Payment must be made by Interac e-Transfer to ros@rosbestcounselling.com in advance of the session or at the start of the session, and is auto-deposited (no password required). Ros sends the receipt electronically.
Masks must be worn inside the building, including the entrance, elevator, stairwells, washrooms, and Ros would prefer we wear masks in session at this time.
Ros will meet clients at the front entrance. Two people are allowed in the elevator at the same time.
We all look forward to the day when all these precautions will no longer be necessary!
