Couple or Family “Marathon” Therapy sessions can be arranged for weekends, for people coming to Vancouver from out of town.

Booking and Cancellation:
During the pandemic, please email Ros to book sessions.
If you need to switch from in-person to online therapy because you may have been exposed to COVID or are feeling unwell, there is no extra fee. If you are coming down with COVID, please cancel and there will be no fee. Otherwise, please email Ros to cancel a session with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid paying in full for late cancellation.

First things first, please phone or email Ros using the Contact Form, so we can get a sense of goodness of fit.

Before the first session, please visit our ‘Forms‘ page and complete the Intake and Informed Consent Form (for Couples, for Individuals, or for Families) AND the Online Counselling Informed Consent and/or the COVID-19 Informed Consent and Safety Plan, and return these by email or text if possible.

At the first session, online or in person, we will review Informed Consent, and you will start to tell me about what brings you in for therapy. I want to know about your strengths, too! We will tentatively set goals for our work together.
