Anxiety is a thief, it steals your ability to see others clearly, and also yourself. Anxiety wants the limelight, all the attention. Maybe it always has? Picking at scabs, twizzling hair, migraines, acid reflux, trouble sleeping.

Anxiety often seems to be tied to specific concerns, but also to feeling not good enough, especially when facing a challenge you don’t feel equipped to deal with.  EMDR, talk therapy and Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy can be helpful.
